hi all,

i got a problem in my network.
we got exchange server 2007 and windows server 2008 R2.

we are maintaining a conference room which cab be booked using the exchange server.

when one employee book the conference room it should not allow others to book in the same time.
but the mail box allowing duplicate bookings. we are using conference room admins, conference room hirers groups to maintain the bookings.

can any one give some suggetions about that.
