Also when I check the domain from where it is coming from message is not coming from my domain it is showing each time some random domain.......

You've looked at the message headers and determined that the message is coming from outside of youe Exchange environment?

I guess its possible that someone would be trying a phishing scam using fake mailbox quota notifications. Without seeing any more information about the email though I couldn't say for sure if that is what is going on in your case.

If you know it is spam/phishing, just block it with your email filtering.

Ehsan you'd need to consult the documentation for your antispam system for the exact steps. Every product is different.
