These doesnt work with windows 2008 r2. Following will work :-

Add-WindowsFeature NET-Framework,RSAT-ADDS,Web-Server,Web-Basic-Auth,Web-Windows-Auth,Web-Metabase,Web-Net-Ext,Web-Lgcy-Mgmt-Console,WAS-Process-Model,RSAT-Web-Server,Web-ISAPI-Ext,Web-Digest-Auth,Web-Dyn-Compression,NET-HTTP-Activation,RPC-Over-HTTP-Proxy -Restart

Note: it will restart after installing.

I know its few years old post but hey i was looking a easy way to install these and i found this page out. Still works for exch 07

Neat. These are my first Windows Server 2008 hosts so I’ve got a fair bit to learn.

You can install multiple roles or features on a single command line by separating the roles with spaces e.g:

servermanagercmd -install PowerShell Web-Server Web-ISAPI-Ext Web-Metabase -restart
